Every other day has an NPC associated, and I will remind you as soon as you meet all 6 of them. As mentioned previously, the Bishop will come every Bishop day.
However, now there is a day/night cycle, and a week system. There are a few short and easy quests before we call it quits with the tutorial. Smells a little strange, but looks like ordinary meat. So put the corpse on the autopsy table next to Gerry and extract the flesh. He even gives you 2 blueprints and 1 ability for free. Once inside, Gerry will ask you to cut some flesh from it. You can get additional information about corpses in the tips and tricks page, but for now, let's just continue with the tutorial. Now talk to the donkey who gives you a fresh corpse.
Interact with it, and learn that you can ask the Innkeeper to claim this garden. There is an empty wooden structure and a desk with blueprints on it. Before doing so, just go one screen East. He asks you to talk to the donkey just below. Pay close attention to the bell sound, I refer to that later on. A talking skull, Gerry will appear and a dialogue opens. Go next to the tomb just North of your house and press to start digging. You can interact with a few elements in your home, but let's save that for later and head outside.

Feel free to check the "important NPC" section every now and then since it reminds you of every current quest. You can press to see your inventory, and then / to navigate in the menus. After the opening cutscenes, you start in your home and are tasked to find Gerry.
